As I mention already in the title, the template seems to misbehave when you have the Core Library module installed and enabled.

When you're logged in, the template seems to show the desktop and mobile correctly, but when you log out, the site shows always in mobile mode.

No AT based theme is ever going to work with that module - you can choose to use that module or this theme, I am not going to work on fixing this because its simply not worth the huge amount of effort to support this edge case.
