Confused on Title

When I create content I get two titles appearing in the saved content. In the config settings I see options for "page title" an "node title". The default settings are showing up correctly, but why are there two of them, and is there the option to turn one off? I am attaching a screenshot of what I am referring to. I think this is Sky specific, it does not seem to happen in AT 3x.
