I made a german translation for the site note-module.

This is my first translation of a module, so please be kind if it is has some bad translations. :)

The module isn't hard to understand, but I needed something to translate to learn how it works.

Unless you are a module developer, you should use "Patch (code needs review" - not "ready to be committed."

I'll have to see how to add a translation to my modules; I've never had this done before. Thanks for the effort.
