I would like to request the confirmed user role for my Drupal.org account.

I am currently maintaining several Drupal modules:

- ALTIA Content Cleanup
- Content Ownership Audit
- Editorial Handoff Audit
- Role Usage Audit
- User Inactivity Audit

I am actively maintaining these projects, including Drupal 12 compatibility updates, running PHPCS, PHPStan, kernel tests and functional tests, and publishing maintenance releases.

The current post/comment throttling for unconfirmed users is making it difficult to document test results and maintenance work in the related issue queues. I frequently receive long waiting periods when trying to create issues or post comments.

I would like to request the confirmed user role so I can continue maintaining these projects and documenting the work properly in Drupal.org.

I have published #3633085: Do not flag recently created users who have never logged in as inactive and confirmed the account.
