I'm working on testing Drupal distribution cforge with Drupal 8. During the testing process I encountered some errors and tried to open an issue with the supporting team.

Because I'm new unconfirmed user my ticket got marked as spam.

So, I'm seeking a confirmed user status and a guidance of how to remove my ticket from spam.
