Hello,
Firstly, thank you for this useful module.
I've encountered a use case where my users (not anonymous) have access to different pages from my main menu, depending on a custom module.
The menu module works fine with that, it only shows menu items that are accessible for the current user.
But the site map shows them all, so when a user clicks on a link, if he doesn't have access to that page, he gets an "Access denied".
I think Sitemap module should not display those links.
Probably using this function should fix this issue : menu_tree_check_access

ludo.rLooks like using menu_build_tree() should solve the problem, but I can't find where it should be called in the module.

ludo.rSorry, I just needed to rebuild node access permissions.
The module works fine!
