Core versions currently out-of-date, unusable

Problem / Motivation

Latest exposed Drupal core options available at https://simplytest.me/ are 10.3.10 and 10.6.9 but none of these build because "drupal/core-recommended 11.3.10 requires symfony/polyfill-intl-idn ~v1.37.0 -> found symfony/polyfill-intl-idn[v1.37.0] but these were not loaded, because they are affected by security advisories ("PKSA-dwsq-ppd2-mb1x"). Go to https://packagist.org/security-advisories/ to find advisory details. To ignore the advisories, add their IDs to the "policy.advisories.ignore-id" config or add the package to "policy.advisories.ignore". To turn the feature off entirely, you can set "policy.advisories.block" to false."

https://simplytest.me/ needs to be updated with 11.3.11, 11.2.13, 10.6.10 etc.
