Development has moved to GitHub

Development of simplytest.me has moved to GitHub. This makes the service easier to manage and to integrate with our hosting provider amazee.io.

You may open issues on Drupal.org for tracking issue credit, but all code changes must be pull requests against the GitHub repository.
