Problem/Motivation

Right now base previews exist for Drupal 7, Drupal 8, Drupal 9, Umami Demo, and the Drupal Commerce Demo. These are built off of config committed to a branch in a repo. With the recent changes to support config generation via the request, we can actually ensure these base previews are built and maintained over cron.
