Currently it appears that SimpleTest only enumerates the list of installed modules and looks for tests within those module folders.

It would be beneficial to also have it look for Installation Profile tests.

Granted it might be very difficult to get 100% test coverage for an Installation Profile, but it would facilitate the development and testing of complex installation profiles.
