simpleads/redirect/% cached by Google

Hi,

looks like the simpleads/redirect/% path always returns a "200 OK" HTTP status code.

The problem is that my client created a few ads without specifying the ad url and Google has cached these pages. Google won't drop them from the index as the response headers of these pages are always "200 OK", even after a node has been deleted.

A quick google search for:

inurl:simpleads/redirect

shows that there are plenty of sites with this problem.

I think the module should either redirect the user or return a 404 error in all other cases.
