Image not showing for all Ad Groups

One kind of image shows up, but the other does not.

Set up ad groups under Ad Groups taxonomy: sidebar1, leaderboard1.

1) The sidebar ads are 300x250; the leaderboard is 728x90.
2) Both images are associated with a style in Image settings.
3) I created fields for both images in structure>content type>simple ad. I have checked and checked, but the settings for both image fields appear to be the same.
3) Have loaded two images for each style.
4) Have used the two ad blocks on pages/panels. The sidebar works just great. http://tgeink.com/content/bions-turns-manure-money

5) When I select the leaderboard content type, and view, both images appear with information about them.
6) When I view the actual node that holds the image, the leaderboard image does not show. When I add in the sidebar image and view, the sidebar image does show, but the leaderboard image does not.
7) When I view the the leaderboard ad on the page where it is located, the sidebar image shows up if it is still loaded, but the leaderboard image never shows up.
8) I have checked and rechecked permissions, done side by side comparisons of settings for leaderboard and sidebar images to see they are the same...

What am I doing wrong? Very frustrating.
