Update:
I solved the issue.
For all other newbies like me!!! When you install it you need to activate trigger module.
Then go to actions and select a new action: send an email.
Then go to trigger and on the tabs at top go to user.
There you will see the subscription box and assign send an email.
Any newbies that need more help contact me? Newbies unite!
Thanks
Hi I installed this into my drupal 7 site.
All seems to work for the user.
But when it says email sent successfully, where in my drupal admin area is the list of emails of people who have subscribed?
Thanks

sebcorbin commentedSee project page :
- Version *.x-1.x: The simple_subscription block exposes a hook and trigger actions so that more advanced users can catch the submitted form results and perform custom operations like adding them to a database, etc.
- Version *.x-2.x: Subscriptions are now entities, they are stored and manageable via an administration interface.
