How to set scope?

Thank you for the module.

I've had a couple of users not be able to login with the way I have set up FB connect.

Whe response was that they had not set a valid email so login with FB had failed, I do not allow users to sign up the usualy way.

I beleive they either signed up with phone number so never had an email on their account or had blocked their email being shared through FB Connect.

In this instace their should be a way to check for a mobile number instead of email, and if still no response still log the user in to the site then ask them to enter a valid email.

At the moment if there is no email log in just fails and they are present with a vague message about no email being set.

How do I change the scope to make email optional rather than required?
