I'm going to Administer › User management › Access profiles and trying to add a profile (URI: http://toadstool/sandbox/?q=admin/user/sa_profiles/add ). This gets me a 404.

I ran update.php after installing this module (was updating older modules as well), but I'm not sure that's related.

gordon commentedI have fixed this issue in dev where it would wrongly detect that a form is being edited.
Please give it another try

nmashruwala commentedStill getting the same issue. Tried with both the beta 3 and the previous (18th) and most recent dev (23rd) versions. This time I only updated simple_access, ran the update script, and retried.

tbrix commentedI am having the same issue with simple access.
This is the code that results in the page not found:
if (!empty($pid)) {
$profiles = simple_access_get_profiles();
if (!isset($profiles[$pid])) {
drupal_not_found();
exit();
}
simple_access_get_profiles() gets a list of the access profiles, but since I have created any yet, it fails... but why is the $pid not empty (!empty($pid)... I am looking furter into this....
