Once #352328: Replace (optionally?) node/N/signups/admin with a views bulk operations view? lands and we can create views of type "Signup", we should convert the signup_user_list view from a node view into a signup view to a) be consistent with the admin views and b) demonstrate the power of signup views and views relationships.
