Editing a Shout: Changing the Author Does Nothing

Changing the author during an edit does not change the author, visually. The old username still shows next to the shout. When you press edit again, the new username is selected, but nothing changes.

I'm sure the fix is easy, but I've removed this component of the form because I personally don't want it.
