Add child page and printer-friendly links missing from book page

In the default themes, on book pages, next to the comment link, you can see links to add a child page and a printer-friendly link. These links do not appear even while they appear for other themes.

I appreciate your consideration to update the theme to include these elements and thanks for the theme!
