The theme images are not available in the download. The images are uploaded to the CVS repository but there is was a problem with the branch and tagging. You will need to download the attached zip file and extract the images folder inside the shallowgrunge folder so that inside the shallowgrunge folder is a folder called images.

I am currently working with the CVS admin to help clear up this issue.
