attach_file creates files with status = 0 (temporary)

Function _node_resource_file_save_upload creates files that have status = 0 (temporary files).

This is not only incorrect, but it causes the log to fill with "Did not delete temporary file" messages.

The code looks fine to me, file_save_upload() should be getting the correct destination and not saving to temporary://.
