File UID on Service Create File Resource

Hi!

On Services, we can create a node related to another different user that the one logged.
Just only set uid and name of the desired user on the node data.

But, what happens with files?

When you uploaded a file, the file is assigned to the logged user, and the file can be used in other nodes, but it remains with the user who uploads the file using Services.

Another question, is that the file is registered in the file_usage table as used by the "services" module.

When you remove the content that uses this file, the file doesn't remove properly, because is still in use by Services.

I modify my services module, to take in care the use of $file['uid'].
If is present, the file is saved with this uid.

The only remaining question is the file delete: perhaps we can force by a hook file delete, or something similar.

Someone thinks about it?
