Comments Form not showing for new content types

Hello,
I created a new content type called 'school review'. In the content type EDIT screen, I 'enabled' comments by setting to comments read/write. I then installed fivestar ratings module and enabled it as well. I created context for "listing of school reviews" and "school reviews detailed pages". I also created/enabled views for this content type.

For some reason, the "add a comment" link is not showing up under "School Review" nodes. I don't know what to do. I looked everywhere I cook. Please help.
