I have 5 sections with different paths and different themes. They all work fine. But when I enter a section edit page (/admin/build/sections) and just save a section without changing anything, all parts of the website displays that saved section's theme.

I am also using global redirect module. May it be related to that?

Adding to this issue, please see the attached table of the system table. Is it related with sections module?

When things go wrong the system table is always modified. It has something to do with things in the system table with status=1 and type='theme'.

Section module does not touch system table... Try dev
