Solr Search duplicates in views

Solr Search is returning empty duplicates: a view row is still created.

View Fields
-Indexed Node : URL
-Indexed Node : Title
-Indexed Node : Date
-Indexed Node : The main body text
-Search: Excerpt
View Filter Criteria
-Search: Fulltext search (exposed)
Sort Criteria
-Indexed Node : Date (desc)

When the server is fully configured to return Excepts and highlights etc, those same(not all) results are duplicate (the duplicates have excerpts and dates but no url or title)
