Integrates Domain Access with Search API.

Currently contains the following functionality:

  • Filter nodes to be indexed by domain (on indexing time)
  • Filter nodes in search results by domain (on query time)
  • Exposes assigned domains as a field so it's available as a facet (using Facet API)
