The Search API Block module provides a simple block in order to show a search input anywhere in your website.
The search module from core provides a similar block but since Search API is not compatible with the search module from core, this module adds this block for Search API.
Configuration:
1. - Add the Seach API Block
2. Configure the "Action URL", it will be the path of your search view page.
3. Configure the "Input name", it will be the name of your exposed search field. By default, it will use "keys".

Similar modules:
Views exposed filter blocks: Provides a block type which renders views display exposed filters separately from the view. If you are looking for something more complex than just a search input, definitely go with this one.
