Database Search Defaults module install error

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Drupal 11.4.x with the Standard profile or recipe. Per the change record https://www.drupal.org/node/3590571, Article and Basic page are no longer created. Alternatively, use any site without those content types.
2. Run composer require drupal/search_api:^1.41.
3. Enable search_api and search_api_db.
4. Go to Extend (/admin/modules), tick Database Search Defaults, and click Install.

Expected: The module installs, or it reports clearly that it needs particular content types.
ERRORS
