SearchApiRow doesn’t add selected view modes to view dependencies

Even though the display of SearchApiRow will be broken if entity view modes are deleted, they are not added as config dependencies. We should change that. (Note that this probably means adding a new method to datasources, since we cannot just assume those will be entity view modes.)
