This Parse mode is not taking "OR" conjunction as i am not getting proper results when i search multiple words.

drunken monkeyThis works fine for me. Are you really using the latest dev version of this module?
If so, you're saying that you're setting the "Search: Fulltext search" "Operator" option to "Contains any of these words", and it doesn't return more results than with "Contains all of these words"?
PS: It seems you (like many others – it's really easy to misinterpret) are confused by the "Issue tags" field. As the guidelines state, they aren't meant for free text tags related to the issue, but only for specific categorization purposes, usually by module maintainers.
So, if you aren't sure your current usage is correct, please just leave the field empty.
Furthermore, "Needs work" status is for when there is a patch already, which just needs to be improved. For a new issue, unless you include a patch, "Active" is the right status.
And "Assigned" is for the person working on a patch, not for the issue creator.
