SearchApiException: Unknown server db specified for index default_node_index. in function SearchApiIndex->server() (row 405 in file /home/tsk/public_html/sites/all/modules/search_api/includes/index_entity.inc).

Appears when I'm trying to delete a node.

I don't have this "db" index in my UI but it exists in database table search_api_index with enabled=0, I don't know why it was not deleted from table, but anyway this Exception throwing in a "server" function of SearchApiIndex.
Important! No item in search_api_item table is referencing this index.

I've just deleted this index in db table to proceed working properly.

It seems that there previously was a server with the machine name "db", which has since been deleted, but for which the index's "server" field for some reason wasn't updated.
If you can reproduce this behavior (i.e., create an index which references a non-existing server), we should definitely fix that. But I think this already has been fixed, so there's nothing we need to do here.
