Hi
I am creating a news site and I would like to filter the search results by month but I don't want the months to open up into the various dates. I want the month is be as far as it goes. I cannot see anywhere to change these settings.

Also, some items are being filtered by two dates, September 30, and October 1 - it has been suggested that this is a timezone problem but the story is definitely dated October 1.

Any assistance appreciated

Which backend modules are being used (i.e. Search API, Apache Solr Search Integration, etc.)?

Same here but with Facet API and Search API Solr. AFAIK, there's no admin interface to select the granularity of the facet, and it doesn't rely on the date field's granularity. So I changed it to feature request. Change it back if I'm wrong.

I might get what I need, but it looks like Facet API is not the right level to work on...
