Like the title says, when using the hook_search_api_data_type_info() with a fallback on text, you're not able to boost your fields

Thanks a lot for posting, it works really well!
However, I find the code a bit hard to follow. Also, you include types multiple times in the array, and call hook_search_api_data_type_info() several times.
I reworked the code a bit, patch attached. Please test, then I'll commit it.

Still works like a charme (also bith newest dev from 2013-sep-13), so let's commit it!

Why don't you set the issue to RTBC when you think it's ready?
