Hello. My employer asked me to upgrade this module from D6 to D7 so that we could use it within our institution. I have completed the task and after some testing, it looks like it works well! If you are interested in having me share my work/maintain the module, please let me know.

Hey aasarava, you can give someone else the rights of a maintainer without needing to use one of the webmasters. If you click the 'Maintainers' link under the project name, you should see the correct screen. Or try this link: http://drupal.org/node/198604/maintainers which should work for this project.

How about you post a zip file with the D7 module. That way there can be some testing, suggestions, etc until you are given access to be a maintainer.
