Would it be possible to add a feature to randomize what items Scrollable Content queries? So for instance mine is configured to show 15 nodes, but it will always show those same 15 nodes. If it could pull 15 different items each time the page is loaded, that would be phenomenal!

You can do that with Views & Scrollable Content style, in the "Sort criteria" box select "Global: Random" and just add a block or page whatever you want.
