I get this error when I try to click configure in the blocks administration section.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function file_directory_path() in /homepages/13/d212256854/htdocs/chadday/ronfez/sites/all/modules/scrollable_content/scrollable_content.module on line 240

This is because "file_default_path" is deprecated in D7, changed it to "file_default_scheme" in scrollable.content.module line 240. Works for me.

No file_default_scheme() will return the default scheme (e.g. public, private), but using:

variable_get('file_public_path', conf_path() . '/files')

will return the default files dir
