Request completion of scheduler module upgrade to 4.7

It seems scheduler is partially upgraded to 4.7 since it has an .install file. But it still calls forms_radio. The other long thread with dozens of posts and 3 patches is very confusing. Requestion completion of the upgrade. Thank you for this useful module.
