It appears that a draft can be created only once. Is this correct? There are situations where one would want to be able to save a draft, make some changes, and then save again as a draft.

When you edit a draft, you get different submit buttons. One of them is "Save". This effectively saves the draft but does not publish the content until you click Publish.

It can be a little confusing but you can save the draft as many times as you want.

I renamed the save as "Save as draft" to avoid the confusion.
