Hello,

The module works as advertised. I have multivalve field collections and every time I Save as Draft, an empty instance of the field collection is created.

Any ideas why this is?

I couldn't replicate the issue. Need more details on the issue if you are still facing it.

Closing due to inactivity.
I recall a while back there was a bug in the field collection module that would result in it saving new empty rows in general, regardless of save draft. It could have been that you were running up against.
