This feature should enhance the usability of the module. Currently in order to check if an entity has changed when updated, you have to create a 'textual comparison'. This new condition allows you to enter your tokens in a single text area, and it will automatically compare it to the 'unchanged' token (i.e. [node:title] is comapred to [node_unchanged:title])

fagoFor changing "entity" type actions it's best to add conditions per "entity field", like the available CCK conditions.
