Rules with 7.12 and 7.13 Drupal Drupal OK.After upgrading to Drupal 7.14 in each rule appears:

•Notice: Undefined variable: instance in list_options_list() (linea 438 di /web/htdocs/www.xxxxx.it/home/modules/field/modules/list/list.module).
•Notice: Undefined variable: entity_type in list_options_list() (linea 438 di /web/htdocs/www.xxxxx.it/home/modules/field/modules/list/list.module).
•Notice: Undefined variable: entity in list_options_list() (linea 438 di /web/htdocs/www.xxxx.it/home/modules/field/modules/list/list.module).
The rules work.But the error is only in Rules

JSCSJSCS commentedConfirming when using Data Comparison Condition with Feeds "Before saving an item imported via ". It does not happen with Text comparison however

texas-bronius commentedJust a little tidbit for future wayfarers in Google Search land. For me, it turned out that a panels page override provided a "custom content" pane which displayed a List Options field provided value using hyphens. The fix in this case was to change from hyphen-style token to underscores:
