Just wanted to inform that rules ui ist simply not showing up in configuration after diactivating english as language.

Resoultion is to aktivate englsih again then everything seems to work again. In case of somebody has the same issue.

Could you please track down if this is a Rules specific issue? Also, did you have you have a translation for Rules installed for another enabled language?
