Action can't find token

I'm using the ubercart module together with the webform module.

When a user checks out, an email should be send to a specified address. I create a rule and under the action configuration I select "send email". However, in the send to field I want to use a token named [ucwf_2:uc-webform-2-regional-manager]. But with data selection I can't find that token, and under replacement pattern I can't find it either.

I have looked under admin/help/token and it's listed there so I should be able to use it. Or am I missing something? I have tried to add the token manually, but the sending of the email doesn't work. This is the error message I get:

Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 501 Syntax error, parameters in command "RCPT TO:<[ucwf_2:uc-webform-2-regional-manager]>" unrecognized or missing i DefaultMailSystem->mail() (rad 76 av D:\wamp\apps\drupal7-01\modules\system\system.mail.inc).

If I look at the replacement patterns available for the send field I can find the Ubercart Webform token [order:ucwf_2]. That made me think of using this: [order:ucwf_2:uc-webform-2-regional-manager]. This gives me part of what I want, still get an error though:

So, I can see name@mydomain.com but it doesn't replace everything.

Any help appriciated.
