Images are recreated every time a graph page is viewed, even if the image was just created moments ago. We should stat the file and only recreate the image if it's older than n minutes (where n could be configurable, or dependent on the duration of time tracked in the graph).

I don't think it is too costly to simply create a new file. Searching for preexisting files would either require to scan the directory or to introduce a db table (or to reuse the existing core tables).
