devsaran commentedI think This is problem with HTML5Shiv.. As this theme is HTML5.. Many Semantic Markup tags are used.. Has to check whether the HTML5Shiv is working in your site..
I also think Some other issue was there in the site for IE Site Loading Failure.
Check the site by Clearing the cache and disable the cache and CSS & JS Aggregation.. Disable the SuperFish Menu module..
This Theme is working in 1000's of sites with out any problem..
