[meta] Replicate UI D8 port

yup, when there's time or comaintainers interested in doing so. https://www.drupal.org/project/replicate would need to be ported first since this build upon that. Both modules should be pretty easy to port the bulk of the capabilities, I'm just not in a position to do so right now.

http://github.com/dawehner/replicate_ui now has some basic ports.

There are still things missing:

* action plugin
* views integration
* rules integration

but at least its sort of working

Thanks a ton. Well, actually, its a bit pointless without access to replicate itself ... :)

Pushed the current version to DEV, so I guess could sort of mark the issue as fixed and work in individual issues, if needed?

d.o. caching must be wonky cause I see the branch but can't issue a release to mark this as part of 8.x / allow people to mark things as 8.x oh well, I agree this is resolved from a starting point point of view. Thanks again!
