Export profiler data

Problem/Motivation

When tracking the performance of a page over time, it may become important to export the current peformance data into some kind of graphing / visualization in order to demonstrate decreases / increases in performance. It would be super nice to show that a recent enhancement has made a significant impact to how well the site is performing.

Build out a means to export the performance data. In order to integrate with data analysis systems, exporting as CSV or JSON is fine. If we wanted to integrate with performance analysis tools maybe a cachegrind file is needed?
