One thing missing are domain aliases - we had to add them again manually to each site.

realityloop commentedI had the following occur when using the Aegir Gui to import some sites:
before being added as a server on another host:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 aegir aegir 42 Jan 26 17:00 nginx.conf -> /var/aegir/config/server_master/nginx.conf
after:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 aegir aegir 57 Jan 26 18:52 nginx.conf -> /var/aegir/config/server_aegirrealityloopcom/nginx.conf

omega8cc commented@realityloop - this is unrelated issue, please open new issue with more details maybe, as we never experienced that with 1:1 migration (and not many to one as you tried per our IRC conversation).

realityloop commentedI spoke with darthsteven the other day, my issue was a documentation thing.
Your not supposed to populate the database and webserver sections of the add server form if it is a remote import server.

ergonlogicWe're basically cloning sites. I don't think aliases persist across clones, do they?
