This Drush extension allows you to fetch remote sites from remote Aegir servers.
It's under active development, and may not work just yet.
You will want to install the frontend too: http://drupal.org/project/hosting_remote_import
Aegir 7.x-3.x
The 7.x code moved to hosting_remote_import repo under the 'drush' directory.
