As user 1 when trying to use the unparent link from the actions block I receive the following message and the two nodes relationship persists.

warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'relativity_access_parents' was given in /home/kratosok/public_html/CFLDox/includes/menu.inc on line 452.

Rolling back to Relativity version 6.x-1.3 and this functionality works fine.

I didn't rebuild the permissions for my site.

Once I did that, the problem was resolved.
