Relation is suitable for every and all inter-net locations, or "sites".

At the moment I'm using Organic groups and
Organic groups vocab to create relationship for content

I have two content types groups
for example

Content Type One: News & City
Content Type Two: Events & City

Main content is News & City
If there news in city = "New York" Vocabulary term

The block in the sidebar
will show show all events = "New York" Vocabulary term

I can I do that with relation module
or is that more to do with View Contextual Filters?
